  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
    We typically ship orders out within 1-10 days, times may vary depending on current situations.
  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
    This is an approximate delivery schedule. These timelines may be sooner or later depending on your location and postal service provider. United States: 1-2 weeks Canada: 2-3 weeks Everywhere Else: 3-12 weeks
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Yes! Sticker-only orders will be sent untracked via letter mail in efforts to reduce shipping cost for Canada/International customers. Due to COVID-19, USPS has suspended service to some countries. Click here for a list of countries with suspended service.
  • MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED. WHAT NOW?
    We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control of it. Customers can purchase insurance via route during checkout if you are worried about your package getting lost or damaged (we highly recommend this option during the holiday season).
  • MY ORDER WAS MARKED "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVEN"T RECIEVED IT.
    USPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered 1-2 days before the package arrives. Please wait 1-2 days before reaching out to us. If the package still hasn't arrived, please check with your neighbors or leasing office (if you live in an apartment complex) to see if the package was picked up by them. We are NOT responsible for missing packages. You can also check with your local post office or USPS, to see if the package has been retained and whether it can be recovered and re-delivered/picked up.   • I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT NOW?
    If your order has not already shipped, we can fix that for you! Please send us a message via the contact form or email us at beyond_the_box_design@yahoo.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
  • WILL THERE BE ANY CUSTOM FEES?
    Buyers are responsible for ay customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We cannot mark international orders with a lower value or as a gift to avoid customs and/or taxes because this is illegal in the US.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    We do not accept cancellations or any kind. All orders are final sale, and we are not able to make further adjustments after payment confirmation.
  • REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
    Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind. We do our best to offer only the highest quality items to you. However, please let us know if your item is damaged or defective and we will do our best to take care of you. All situations are treated on a case-by-case basis. In the case that we process a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for missing mail if the buyer opts out of tracked shipping.
